Shipping

We offer free U.S. and P.R. standard shipping on orders over $100 (USD). Order processing can take 10-15 business days and once it's ready, most orders arrive between 2-3 business days.

The company, Bark Pals,  will not be responsible for wrong or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or stolen packages, delays or damages to the products or packaging caused by the weather, or any damages caused by the postal service during the handling or delivery process. The company will not responsible for the faithful and strict compliance wit shipping dates and will not be bound by any guarantee for these purposes. Delays and special circumstances in processing known by the company will be properly announced. Bark pals is not responsible for returned or rejected packages due to an invalid shipping address provided by the customer. Please note that if this occurs and the package is returned to Bark pals, the customer is responsible for any newly incurred shipping costs.

Bark pals  is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the unlikely circumstance this should occur, we recommend filing a USPS claim: www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
