EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges may be made if your item(s) were received damaged. Please email us (mariana.davila.30@gmail.com) with photos and a detailed explanation. If we accept the exchange, it must be returned in the original packaging, with original tags and unused.  You are responsible for any postage costs to send the item back. Once we receive the item, we can process your exchange for another item and we will take care of the shipping costs of the outgoing package.
